This shower gel was a new feature to the lush easter family, with it retailing for £5.95 it was more expensive that the average shower gel from lush, this is because the shower gel contains more expensive ingredients like carrot infusion. The only other product which carrot infusion features in is FLOPSY FACE WASH.
Now the scent of this shower gel… well this shower gel has been a real hit or miss it seems throughout the lush community, I knew that as neroli oil was a main ingredient in this shower gel that i would like the scent however i can’t tell if i enjoy the scent or not. With the main ingredients being:
- Carrot Infusion
- Organic Sunflower Oil
- Neroli Oil
- Rose Oil
You would expect the scent to be rather floral however at first sniffkind of smells of when you pick fresh vegetables from the garden. However when you pour it into the shower sponge and start lathering it across your body the sunflower oil and jasmine oil ( jasmine oil is the main scent in floating flower bath bomb)becomes rather prominent.
I always adore shower gels/creams what feature lustre in them! I feel like this is a beautiful added extra and definitely makes you feel more pampered.
The thickness of this shower gel reminds me of the consistency of a shower cream with it lathering extremely well and not drying my skin. As i do not have dry skin its hard to determine if you had dry skin if you would need to use a body lotion after. I personally won’t because thats enough moisture for my skin.
I would be surprised if this shower gel does make an appearance in the easter collection next year so if you are a fan of it STOCK UP!
